3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 scant cup of sugar
2 1/2 tsp yeast
Process in bread machine per directions. I used the 45 minute dough cycle.
I shaped the dough into 2 long skinny loaves and put it on a sprayed cookie

Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden. Cool 15 minutes before cutting
(if you can wait).
